Swan-inn around.

On the 1st July 2006, the sun god shone down on the swan hotel in hindley green, a strange place in the backwoods of wigan, the occasion was the black-diamonds m.c.c. swan –inn around on 2 wheels, again, custom bike show, a ritual held by certain inhabitants of that strange place, for the benefit of worthy causes, in this case, derian house childrens hospice. & n.a.b.d. the day went well, thanks to many notable people in the biker & local community putting their hands in pockets, wallets and purses, and many other  places that will remain nameless.
Our sponsors, local butchers and bakers who supplied sustenance for the bar-b-q, and many other retail outlets, biker orientated and not, who supplied prizes for the raffles, must also be saluted.
            Mid way through the day there seemed to be a strange lull in the proceedings, could have been somethimg to do with becks, roon and company kicking a bag of wind around a lawn, even so we were well chuffed to have raised £500, for each of our nominated charities, so on behalf of the black-diamonds m.c.c. i would like to thank everyone who helped make the day a success. And thanks to back street heroes for the advertising space.
