On Sunday 12 th Dec.there was a Toy Run in Burton on Trent That was jointly organised by The Ribcrackers and Unwanted Mcc that covered 3 counties and went through 4 towns from Burton on Trent to Loughborough.We all met at The Beech, Derby Road,Stretton,at 10am and Jim the Landlord had very Kindly laid on tea and coffee which was very welcome to all Especially to the ones who had come a long distance already, The photographer from the local paper came to take pics and Then we all set off, there was about 130 bikes and trikes which Had been loaded with donations of toys and games and chocs, We all went through the center of Burton in convoy amongst All the Xmas shoppers,as we left Burton we went on to Swadlincote to The Catchems where we were met by the Landlord who had kindly collected more presents and picked up Some more riders and after a short stay we went on our way to The next port of call which was the Victoria in Coalville more Peoplejoined us and we all stopped for a drink and chat before We all set off to The Hospice in Loughborough to deliver the Goodies to the children.While we were there we picked out the Best dressed bike which was a ZX10 belonging to Pete and Gina from Black Country Mag who won a optimiser congrats To them.I must say though that you all made it a truly great day Not only for the kids but for us as well because without you it Wouldn't have been possible,so a big thankyou to you all
