There will be NO tribute bands, NO well known bands, in fact there will be NO Fu*%ing bands at all. There will be NO kids. There will be NO stalls. There will be NO silly games unless you organize them yourselves. There maybe some food, but only maybe. There will be loads and loadsa BEER though and of course, Music. The idea is come along, pitch your tent, drink yourself stupid if that's your thing and then doss down. Nothing organized, just an opportunity to camp out meet some new people and sup some ale with like minded folk. Matlock Bath is just up the road so you can spend time either Saturday or Sunday visiting this historic Biking Mecca. So if you fancy an afternoon and night out just chilling then this is the event for you. Nothing planned, nothing organized, just come along, see what happens and go with the flow. It's a large site in beautiful Derbyshire, with all facilities within walking distance. You can even have a romantic amble along side the River Derwent if you like as the river runs right alongside the site. The event is open to all two wheeled motorcycles registered before 1st January 1973. The event will start from 9am at Hurworth Community Centre, Hurworth Grange, Croft Road, Hurworth, Darlington, Co Durham. DL2 2BN Riders will be free to start once they have had their event card stamped. The locations to visit and have their event cards stamped are; Richmond Al t -berg motorcycle boot factory. Hopefully there will be refreshment and the chance to buy some equipment at a discount. Thwaite Kearton Country Hotel - where you will have the chance to buy a bacon butty and a cuppa. Entrants will be issued with an event card which once stamped they are then free to make their way to the identified locations in the order given by which-ever route they choose. The locations to visit are; Berwick-upon-Tweed, Whitehaven, Barrow-in-Furness, Skipton, Scarborough. At this stage it is hoped that you will be visiting Morrison’s Supermarkets where you will have you event card stamped at the customer services desk as in 2006. Negotiations are still under way and final instructions with precise location points will be circulated nearer the event.
