Monday
today I have eaten chilli con carne with white rice (from work so not much choice), and a portion of cheesecake. For tea I had 1 slice belly pork, 1 poached egg, 6 mushrooms and the last of the xmas cake ha ha (well it had to go).
exercise - none (maybe later tho hurr hurr)
weightloss = 0
I should have missed out the cakes I guess.
Will try better tomorrow
Tuesday
2 small sausages for breakfast, pasta & chicken for lunch (small portion), 2 fishcakes and 2 very small slices of organic brown wholemeal bread for tea - sounds ok - spoiled it tho by having the last brownie. But - no cakes left so should be safe tomorrow!
exercise - 30 mins brisk walk
